Cancellation Policy

Entries cancelled for personal reasons are non-refundable in principle.

If the event cannot be held due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, etc.), entry fees will not be refunded in principle, as they go toward venue costs already paid. However, if any surplus remains after such costs are covered, a partial refund may be issued to participants within that amount.

Governing Law

This notice is governed by the laws of Japan. The Saga District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to this competition.
